We don't accept refund & cancellation once we start process your order.
Be careful to avoid extreme temperatures, as well as hard and sharp objects to prevent scratches. Wash with warm water.
Allow for a residual smell of natural wood. The resin is odorless and NOT toxic!
To be eligible for a return:
We only accept returns if you have videos proving that the product was faulty upon arrival or that the defect was caused by the manufacturer.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Customized products and gift cards are exempt from being returned.
